Battling cravings for food
If you’re hungry and would generally opt for a snack, try drinking a pint of water -slowly - over about ten minutes. I find that most of the time you tend to be thirsty rather than actually hungry. See how you feel about ten minutes after that and if you’re still hungry, eat something that will make you feel good, rather than an instant snack food....
